Time for some more character artwork. Yeah, it's from my book, well the second one anyway. The characters are Celeste, Sinclair and the mysterious vampire Charmian, and it's from a chapter where Celeste is taken to the metting of the vampire Grand Council, but ends up meeting a rather interesting woman instead... here's a nice little extract... I can't reveal too much, but I hope this is ok! ENJOY! It took me quite a while to colour!


“Are you ladies talking about me? I can hear my ears burning,” Sinclair remarked, having wandered over to make sure Celeste was alright. “I mean feel my ears burning... oh... ah... look, have you finished or do you want a few more minutes? Council’s in session now, so it’s pretty quiet upstairs, although that security guard keeps giving me evil looks. Discrimination against the living, I reckon.”
“Why don’t you put it before The Council then, seeing as they’re all here?”
Sinclair raised a rather concerned eyebrow at Charmian’s comment. “You want me to go and get myself killed?”
With a smoothness that seemed almost surreal, Charmian slunk up next to Sinclair and lifted his chin with an elegant finger, her face close to his own and whispered, “I don’t know, it might suit you.”
“Come off it,” he countered, although he did lick his suddenly dry lips. “I’m way too old for staying up all night.”
“ Pity,” Charmian sighed, trailing her fingers across his chest as she walked past him and up towards the lift that would take them to the ground floor.
Sinclair shrugged as Celeste looked up at him, ushering her on, hoping that whatever had been said between the two had been worth it.
