It's Asky (yay) on duty- he's watching over the room Vechero (little Vechero) is sleeping in during the flashback. I dunno if I'm gonna use this page yet in the comic, I'd like to, but if not its a great concept piece for Asckwith's character. 
I also never knew, but Askwith, was once an English Prime Minister, so maybe that's where I got the anme from, but I made it up before I knew. Bet he never knew he'd end up as a random vampire guard heh. How random!!!
